• Pricing Policy
  Tours require a minimum number of guests to operate. Prices and tour schedules are subject to change without notice. Any child under 24 months of age is welcome as a lap child at no charge. Children 24 months and over require an individual full-fare seat. For each guest weighing more than 275 lbs, an adjacent empty seat is required to safely balance the aircraft. Stars and Stripes Air Tours charges a reduced rate for the adjacent seat, which is 50% off the tour price. Additional fuel surcharges may apply at time of passage. Upgrade(s) or additional services are provided at an additional charge.
• Cancellation Policy
  24-hour notice is required to change or cancel a reservation. Reservations canceled within 24 hours will be assessed a 100% cancellation fee. No-shows will be assessed a 100% cancellation fee. If you need to change or cancel your reservation please provide us with 24 hours notice prior to your tour time and we will be happy to accommodate you. Passengers failing to board their flight will be considered a no-show. No refund will be made for any unused portion once any segment is used.

  Stars and Stripes Air Tours is an FAA certified Part 135 Air Carrier. All flights are limited to 9 passengers for airplanes and 6 passengers for helicopters. Each tour requires a minimum number to operate. Stars and Stripes Air Tours reserves the right for any reason to alter or deviate from the advertised flight. Tour itineraries and departure times are estimates as all flights are on demand and subject to Part 135 FAA regulations. Weather, transportation traffic to and from the terminal as well as at the tour destination and other unforeseen circumstances effect departure and return times. Your itinerary may be modified for safety and/or operational considerations. Stars and Stripes Air Tours is not responsible for changes, delays or rescheduling caused by inclement weather, mechanical delays or delays caused by independent tour contractors not within our control. Additionally, Stars and Stripes Air Tours is not responsible for missed connections, missed shows or performances. Stars and Stripes Air Tours management reserves the right to deny boarding to any passenger. Stars and Stripes Air Tours reserves the right to combine tours on any flight. All passengers are responsible for full payment of their flight. Tours/accommodations subject to availability. Please note for all tours that prices are in U.S. dollars.
